Tips to stay healthy

Howdy guys,

Every human need health for their happy life, but some peoples don't care of it so I have some easy tricks for them and this is need of them.

  • Do you know? Over 10% of the global population is considered obese, according to the World Health Organization, and a majority of the people struggling with being overweight or obese run the risk of developing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or certain types of cancer.

  • Wake up early morning and sit in meditation for just 15 minutes. Because meditation is the best tip to become healthy. Also do exercise, yoga, gym, etc daily.

  • Do you know? Junk food can damage the brain cells. The cells that digest your appetite and the fat in your body increase by 25% due to the junk food. This is very dangerous for heart and lately this will effect on body too.

  • Stop eating junk foods. Guys I stopped eating junk foods from 2 or more years and after my body become strong! Now, I'm feeling so healthy, happy and also obtain a good stamina to play soccer of 90'mins battle.

  • You should eat different dishes everyday. You should eat pulses twice a week. Eat non-vegetarian food once a week. Besides, you should eat nutritious food like green vegetables, honey, eggs and dry fruits every day.

  • You should chew every gourds of your meal minimum 32 times. Because if You will chew every gourds of your meal minimum 32 times so your liver feel fine and you will not have liver disease in the future!

  • Do not work or watch TV during feeding times, this could be so harmful for your health.

  • Even if you have a lot of hunger, then eat as much as you eat regularly and always eat a little less of your limit.

  • Walk every Sunday. And also play any sports game. Because by playing sports, health is maintained besides, the flexibility of your body will increases.

So these were tips to become and stay healthy person. I swear if you will follow these tips so you will become healthy!
