How to become mentally strong person?

Howdy guys,
Guys, if you are angry with yourself and you feel your thinking is too raw, then this is for you. Believe me If you will follow this post so after reading this post, you will know how to improve your thinking and improve skills plus become mentally strong. Alright we have the good ways to become mentally strong!
When you woke up in the morning, you must sit for 5 to 10 minutes in an open environment. Do you know? Consciousness is the best medicine to become a mentally strong.
Generally we meet people with different temperaments frequently. And some of them are angry and some with cool nature. But we are looking at a small amount of mature and sincere guy, who loved by all people. If you ever get angry; you must try to control it. And the results by the time you become mature.
Sports has played a great part in human intellectual development, even taking into consideration that you should also play sports. Apart from playing sports we become active and our brain becomes brighter. You should also play sports. You should play outdoor games(i.e. Football, Basketball, Cricket, etc).

And you must play only one game and it should be an outdoor game, it should not be an indoor game. But you can play the games like Chess/Ludo/etc. When you will become a good player in any game so your mind becomes strong, which will bring your self-confidence. Also it'll help you for body language build-up.
You should set your goals everyday and follow through with them.
You must learn to stay calm under pressure.
Our brain is very talented to work and when it feels tired, it rests, meaning that your brain will work as much as you can and will get the best result in your way. I have asked people who have achieved success in their life and I ask them to give reviews about self-talk and they also use positive self-talk to build their mental strength. I mean you talk with yourself and you ask questions to yourself too so your self-confidence and concentration will gain.
Smile is strength and smile is a good way to make our mood so you have a positive outlook and always have a little-bit smile on your face.
