How to prevent Heart diseases?

Howdy guys,

Heart diseases are most dangerous attack on the heart. This is common in elders and this is so painful disease.

Alright guys let me give you some medicine names for prevent heart disease. The medicines are down below.


Anti-clotting (blood-thinning) medicines:

  • Aspirin: It can stop blood clots from forming in a narrow artery and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.


Antiplatelet medicines:

  • You usually need antiplatelet medicines if you’ve had coronary angioplasty and stent implantation, or have had recurring heart attacks or angina.

Anticoagulant medicines:

  • Warfarin: Warfarin helps to prevent blood clots forming and treats existing clots. If you are taking Warfarin so you must need daily check-up.

  • NOACs: This medicine include dabigatran, apixaban and rivaroxaban. It is good for heart and good medicine These do not require blood testing.

Blood pressure medicines:

  • Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors: ACE makes your blood vessels and reduce strain on your heart. It is used to lower blood pressure. It will makes your heart work better and improve your chance of surviving after a heart attack.

Cholesterol medicines:

  • Statins: Statins reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke by helping to lower your cholesterol. They also sometimes lower your triglycerides.

Anti-anginal medicines:

  • Nitrates: Nitrates medicine increase blood flow to your heart by widening blood vessels. They reduce or treat angina.

Alright guys, i give you some medicine names. You should read this all medicines and take a dose of the medicine you needed.
