Nowadays, all people want height because the person with height looks good and smart. And some people who like height do not have the height. I have good ideas for the increase height of worry. And everyone likes heighted person.

Struggling to gain height while we still can, we do everything possible like swimming, yoga, outdoor activities, eating a healthy diet and even exercises. Swimming if done with intensity can help to increase height. And swimming is a best exercise for increase height. Even after a person has reached puberty, swimming can help in increasing the height.

Height is depends on the main 3 points. This 3 points are as follows.

  • Point #1: Nutrition

  • Point #2: Exercises

  • Point #3: Depend on Gorgeous

Point #1: Nutrition

  • Nutrition is first need for growing height.

  • Nutrition is a need of bones to stretch due to hardness. So you should take care of nutrition for increasing height.

  • You should eat high-nutritious and carbohydrates foods.(i.e. Dairy Products-milk, curd, Chicken. Eggs, Soya bean, Oatmeal, vegetables, healthy snacks, brown rise)

  • Vegetables should be eaten and barbecued junk food should not be eaten.

  • There is your height depends 80 to 90% beyond your gorgeous and only 10 to 20% depends on nutrition and exercises. So you must take nutrition especially. Because it's a part of 10 to 20% for it.

  • If you take nutrition, then essential vitamins and essential substances will help to grow height of your body and helps and increase the growth and will soon get better results. So you must take nutrition a lot.

  • Do not forget to take vegetables because there is a lot of iron and vitamins in it. so you should take vegetables more.


Point #2: Exercises

  • Exercises are very important for increase height.

  • Guys this all exercises are stretching exercises. And i put I will also put photos because you can easily learn exercise by sawing pics.

  • You should exercise daily and minimum 30 minutes a day.

  • So there is some exercises for increase height.


1 : Swimming

  • When a person swims, almost every muscle of body is stretched. Legs, Arms, Spine and Chest are given the most emphasis. Even the bones are stretched too.

  • Hence body comes across a better workout as compared to other exercises.

  • When you are swimming, the body is floating in the water the gravitational force of the Earth is does not pulling body down so your body is free to stretched. This is the reason why swim is best exercise.

  • The most powerful thing is that if you are swimming in the water then this water contains the most oxygen and you also get the oxygen from the water as well. You also get the oxygen in abundance, which helps to rebuild cells inside you. In short this extra oxygen helps in rebuilding our damaged cells. So your body muscles and bones will become stronger.

  • Swimming makes the body release more Human Growth Hormones. So the height will grow faster.

  • According to my opinion Swimming is a best and amazing exercise for increase height.


2 : Hanging

  • Hanging is a very simple and easy exercise.

  • When you hang by holding bars, your muscles are stretched and you are actually stretching your entire body. Your foot are away from the ground so your lower body is stretched completely. Also the spine is elongated while you are hanging.

  • When you are hanging the holder so the gravity force is pull you downward and your muscles are stretches.

  • When you are hanging, blood circulation is more efficiently to stretch body. Hanging is completely an anti-gravity exercise.

  • While you are hangs on, oxygen is also well circulate from head to toe. So the same process of swim is done here, the damaged muscles are rebuild and your height growth is increases.

3 : Skipping Rope

  • Skipping rope is a great exercise for increasing the height.

  • In this exercise you have to jump the rope. When you jumping and jumping faster, so your legs get stretched so much and you feels the pain on the leg's back muscle. There is the leg muscles stretched.

  • This is a good for fitness and also amazing exercise for losing weight(fat).

  • This exercise is stretch your lower legs and you will build up these muscles and stretch them out throughout the jumping motion.

  • When your body is stretched so your growth increases for growing height and you should try it.

  • If you don't know how to skipping the rope so i advise you first you must try for it.


4 : Cobra Stretch

  • This stretch is best stretch for back and abs.

  • Cobra stretch is all about stretching out your spine and elongating the body. This stretch is stretch a little bit stronger for middle and lower body muscles.

  • This will open up your back and It is helpful to help with the pain even if the waist is painful.

  • You have to stretch this stretch-up to 10 minutes without having any break.

  • This is difficult to understand how to do this exercise, so i am putting a picture to know how to do this exercise.

5 : Touch the Toe

  • You have to touch the thumb of your feet in this stretch, but you have your body waist-free valve and your feet are the perfect remedy. It's called Toe Touching.

  • In this exercise, your body have to band from backs and then stretch your legs as much as you can. Then move your hand down and down and touch the toes.

  • If you can't touch your toes, you're not alone and just stretch as fer as you can. This exercise is bending your body down and touch the toes.

  • With the help of this exercise, stretching your leg muscles and your spinal cord are done so your body is stretched and the bass is useful to increase the heights. Your shoulder joints and leg joints are stretched too.

  • So this is a important exercise so you should work this exercise at least 15 minutes a day.

  • You should holding down and touch the toes for few minutes.

  • So this is a good exercise for increase height and you should go for it.

6 : Forward spine stretch

  • For increase your height, you get stretch more and more and again and again for a long time.

  • So this exercise is for stretch your body more. And also you should stretch your body for minimum 30 minutes a day. So you should try it.

  • In this exercise, you have to sit on the floor and then keep your leg straight and then band your body from the lower part of the spinal column and try to touch your toe.

  • So this exercise is for stretch your spine and leg muscles so your body get enough stretch and it helps for increasing height.

So guys this 6 exercises are best and enough for increasing height.

Point #3: Depend on Gorgeous

  • So i want to inform you than height is depends more then exercises and nutrition on your gorgeous.

  • If your parents are not in height then your height will be lower as they are. The 80% rule plays a part in the increase/reduction of height. And if the height of your parents is more taller then you do not need to be afraid, because the cells in them to increase the height are also in your form, and your heights will rise up like your parents.

  • So guys height is 70 to 80% depends on your parents/gorgeous.

  • Your parents may not have the height, but you should not lose yourself. You should increase your height by doing exercise and taking nutrition, I am sure that it will increase your height too.
